Pugh + Scarpa Architects have completed the Cherokee lofts in downtown LA. The building is the first LEED Platinum (pending) Certified building in Hollywood and is the first LEED Platinum Certified mixed-use or market rate multi-family building in Southern California.

Certification Corner: St. Olaf College Sets LEED Platinum Record
St. Olaf College‘s Regents Hall of Natural and Mathematical Sciences has earned LEED Platinum certification — and is the largest academic facility in the country to do so. The nearly 200,000-square-foot, $63 million building has features such as a green roof, aggressive daylighting, and the minimization of chemical and biological waste.
