MMPI will launch an all new trade show, Buildex Chicago, located at The Merchandise Mart, June 14-16, 2010. Buildex Chicago will feature the latest new products and cutting-edge seminars, and will assist those involved in the building and property management industry with strategic solutions and strategies to help manage and operate buildings more efficiently and effectively.
Thousands of building owners, developers, facility managers, property managers, building engineers, and other personnel responsible for the operations, renovation, retrofit, and management of all types of buildings, will take part in this major exposition. Over 150 top-name exhibitors and 80 seminars focusing on the latest strategies to enhance asset value, optimize building performance, the latest in greener and more energy efficient options, and legal and regulatory issues, will be showcased throughout the three-day event. Buildex Chicago will also feature a lighting pavilion which will showcase vendors specializing in energy efficient lighting products and lighting retrofits.
Buildex will be held concurrently with the annual NeoCon World’s Trade Fair, which features hundreds of exhibitors showcasing thousands of new and innovative products in the contract furnishings industry. Now in its 42nd year, NeoCon World’s Trade Fair attracts more than 40,000 architects, designers, and facility managers, to The Mart each June, and is the country’s largest conference and exhibition of contract furnishings for the design and management of the built environment.
