Coalesse has received the Designs for Dignity 2010 Sustainability Award. The Sustainability Award is presented annually to an individual or organization who demonstrates the ability to develop policies or protocols to implement practices which help reduce their environmental footprint and advance Designs for Dignity’s sustainability initiatives. The award will be presented at the 2010 Spirit Awards Fundraiser on May 12, 2010, at the Preston Bradley Hall in Chicago.

Coalesse has several products that have earned SCS certification for indoor air quality protection and requires all wood veneers sourced from outside of North America and approved European partners to be FSC certified to ensure fair. It has eight accredited LEED professionals on its team Coalesse’s Chicago showroom, located in the Merchandise Mart and designed in conjunction with Jennifer Luce from Luce et Studio, has achieved LEED Certification for Commercial Interiors.
