Who’s Where 7.1.09

In this edition of Who’s Where: TRO Jung|Brannen, EIFS Industry Members Association, Cubellis, DEGW, and Royal Institute of British Architects.

*Nigel Gallaher, AIA, joined TRO Jung|Brannen, a leading international architecture, engineering, interior design and master planning firm, as principal.

*David A. Johnston was named executive director of EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA), the national, non-profit, technical trade association whose members include manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and applicators involved in the exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) industry.

*Jeffrey N. Morgan, AIA, managing partner, Cubellis Workplace Solutions, is the president elect of the Arts and Architecture Alumni Society at Penn State. The group in comprised of Penn State Alumni Association members whose academic home is the College of Arts and Architecture. The Society is governed by a 23-member board of directors, and Mr. Morgan will serve as the president of the board for two years, in addition to serving as a representative to the governing board of the Penn State Alumni Association.

*Bryant Rice joined international workplace consultancy DEGW as a senior consultant. Rice, a former president of the San Francisco chapter of the American Institute of Architects and an active member of CoreNet Workplace Community, will concentrate on workplace strategies, change management, and real estate and portfolio appraisal projects. As a registered architect with an MBA, he will combine design and business experience to deliver strategic workplace solutions for clients.

*Harry Rich was appointed by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) as its new Chief Executive. He will take up his new post in October 2009. Rich joins the RIBA from Enterprise Insight which increases levels of entrepreneurship in the UK, where he has been Chief Executive since 2007.
